How it works...

Week 1 

  • Once you begin my 16 week program you start seeing your coach,  twice a week, every week for weight loss coaching. They will walk you through every important step it takes to change your body for good; from mindful eating skills, to life balancing and priorities work.

Week 2

  • Your Registered Dietitian will meet with you separately as soon as you begin the program to set you up with a custom designed food plan. She will see you regularly throughout out the program to adjust you plan of eating and monitor your progress.

Week 3

  • After you begin with your new food plan,  you will have your first of several visits with my EFT specialist. She will guide you through these big changes in a gentle way, helping  reduce or eliminate cravings so you can stay on your plan. This is the essential emotional work that frees you from using food to emotionally cope with life.

Week 4

  • After a few weeks you will begin your fitness program. You will start with water fitness at the pool. When you complete that fitness phase, you will begin part two,  training at the gym with a personal trainer. Once you are finished with strength training you will move into phase three,  dance classes at the school of dance. (For men, you may prefer to do the gym or water over again at this point) 

Week 5

  • Around week 5 you will begin sessions with my NLP Specialist. She will help you explore yourself to new depths and help you understand the dynamics behind compulsive eating.

 

Week 6-7

  • This week you will attend a workshop called "Transition to Wellness". You will experience ways to transform your life through visualization and creation. It will be fun and informative and you will be there with a small group of your EasyLife peers. 

Week 8-10

  • Around Week 8 you will begin Reiki sessions. This is to help you continue the contact you have established with your "True Self".

Week 11-14

  • Then you will begin your cooking classes. They will be fun and easy and done in group style, so you can meet your EasyLife peers

Week 16

  • After 16 Weeks, you will prepare for a graduation ceremony honoring your new mind and body and connection with yourself. It is a beautiful, hour long ceremony and you are encouraged to invite friends and family to support you and witness you standing in a new place on your journey with weight loss.

 

  • After you graduate, I have extended packages for those who want to continue to be supported as you lose more weight. I also have maintenance packages to help these changes stick.

 

  • You may want to continue with some or all of the professionals who supported you and walked with you on this journey. They are all in private practice here in Eugene and available for continued support services, each at their own individual rates. I am also here to support you as you continue to reach for your goal or stay focused on maintaining your weight loss. I  Provide one free followup session after you complete the program and then, If you wish, I can see you for aftercare sessions each month at a special rate for the first year after you graduate. 

 

  • You will leave here knowing how to best support yourself for anything you want to accomplish in life. You will have realized the true value of all sorts of alliances. You will know how to seek help, support, information and partnerships for all of your adventures.  I'm sure weight loss is only one of your dreams, after this you will have the key to achieving anything you want in your life. 

 

You will lose weight.

 With the right support, you can have a lean, healthy body and increase your energy. People will notice a positive presence around you. You will have insight about situations that used to confuse you when you were stuck in the food.
